Partnership Opportunities

The NZBIO 2010 Conference provides an excellent opportunity to highlight and promote your presence in the biotechnology industry. These sponsorship packages are designed to provide companies with a high level of brand presence ensuring that it is front of mind for delegates, speakers and exhibitors.

Gold NZ$75,000 – Limited to 1

The Gold Partnership will allow your company to achieve a high brand presence throughout the entire conference plus additional benefits only available to key partners.

Silver NZ$15,000 – Limited to 3

In addition to the core benefits, Silver Partners receive 4 complimentary full conference registrations, 2 awards dinner tickets, a single exhibition booth, recognition and their brand on conference materials, among other opportunities.

Bronze NZ$10,000 – Limited to 5

Bronze Partners receive 2 complimentary full conference registrations, 2 awards dinner tickets, a single exhibition booth, recognition and their brand on conference materials.

Plenary Session Sponsor NZ$5000

Your company will achieve high brand recognition at this well attended session. You will have input into the session speakers and chair, plus receive a complimentary one day registration, brand presence in the session room  and your logo on the holding slide.

Session Sponsor NZ$3000 – Multiple Available

Your company will achieve excellent exposure at these sessions and there are many options that may directly relate to your organisation.

Awards Dinner NZ$15,000

The rights to associate your company with this prestigious event. With over 300 attendees in the past this will provide excellent exposure and brand presence.

International Networking Reception NZ$15,000

This is one of the highlights of the conference. This package includes all theming, catering and promotion of this fantastic networking event.

Opening Brunch NZ$8,000

You could be the first brand the NZBIO 2010 delegates see. The first major national networking event of the year. An excellent way to be part of this opening of the NZBIO 2010 Conference and stamp your mark.

Emerging Company of the Year Award

This relatively new award recognises an emerging company (less than 10 years old) in the New Zealand biotechnology industry. (Please call to discuss.)

Ross Clark Distinguished Biotechnologist of the Year & NZBIO Young Biotechnologist of the Year Awards

A central focus at the Conference Awards Dinner, these awards recognise outstanding achievement and potential. Sponsors will receive verbal and visual acknowledgement of their support. (Please call to discuss.)

Student Poster Competition

This is a great opportunity to target the University and student sector. These amazing student posters are displayed for the entire conference and you will have your logo alongside this competition for the duration. Wi-Fi Internet Partner NZ$5000

Our goal is to provide free Wi-Fi access to all delegates throughout the conference. We will ensure appropriate signage with your logo visible and prominently located throughout the venue.

Coffee Cart Partner NZ$5000

Your company will be exposed to all the coffee aficionados at the conference and will have branding on the coffee cart plus the option to provide your own branded cups.

Water Bottle Partner NZ$7500

Drink bottles branded with your company and the NZBIO conference logo will be given to all delegates to fill up during the conference in an effort to minimise waste and a gift to take home

Lanyard & Name Badge Partner NZ$7500

Your company will be front of mind with the lanyards and name badges branded with your logo. All delegates are required to wear these at all times so this partnership delivers an extremely high brand presence.

USB Flash Drive Partner

In an effort to reduce waste we will be providing all conference information on a flash drive. This will be branded with your company logo on the outside and every time it is used your company logo will appear on screen for long term brand association. (Please call to discuss.)
