Dr. Borson is founder and President of Borson Law Group, PC, located in Lafayette California.  The Firm represents high technology and life sciences companies to acquire and exploit intellectual property assets throughout the world.  Ben holds a Ph.D. degree in Physiology and has many years of experience as a biomedical research scientist and IP attorney.  He advises clients in scientific and IP strategy, obtains patents, negotiates high-tech and life sciences transactions, and provides IP opinions.
