Money, Money, Money! Raising Capital in the Post-GFC Market

David has significant experience, at Chair and CEO level, in many industries and has a successful track record with companies in the areas of Health , Biotechnology, IT, Food and related sectors. He has been inaugural Chair for multiple leading high technology industries and has strong commercial and governance skills.  David comes from a background in engineering, finance, marketing and sales with experience in capital markets including IPO’s and capital market transactions, raising over $250M in capital.  As well as successfully growing companies David has experience in the large company environment having previously been CEO of a 4000 person, $850M company, for 9 years. David has also worked as a CEO  in the biotech and device industry , carrying out licensing deals with major US Companies. David was the inaugural Chair for several high growth companies eg Orion International Ltd) , now NZ’s leading software exporter.
