Ian has been with AgResearch for 15 years and was heavily involved in developing the first unified commercial business plan for AgResearch.  This process led to the formation of a companywide commercial group which was later established as Celentis Limited.  Ian was a founding member of staff in Celentis and was responsible for the management of the AgResearch groups’ Intellectual Property portfolio until the realignment of Celentis with AgResearch in 2004 at which point he became the General Manager Commercial.
