Jane is a pharmaceutical industry executive with 25+ years experience working with multinational and small companies in Asia, the USA, Australia and New Zealand.  She is the author of more than 35 publications in peer reviewed journals and has an established track record in global pharmaceutical product development, departmental restructuring/relocation and staff management, Asian R&D unit start up operations, outsourcing and business development.  Her major achievements include development of global pharmaceutical products, including 5 new chemical entities, from Phase I to final regulatory approval and commercialization, relocating an R&D department within the USA while meet all timelines for significantly increased development product portfolio, leading the start up phase of an India-based global R&D department, conducting an outsourcing capability audit of the Asian pharmaceutical industry including assessment visits to more than 60 companies and designing and leading strategic initiatives to provide an end-to-end, one stop CRO service for product development.  Jane currently works for Argenta Limited, an Auckland based CRO/CMO servicing the global pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on animal health products.
