"Managing Innovation within a Global Company: The Impact of Consumers on Innovation Strategy"

Jeremy is currently Fonterra’s Chief Technology Officer and has previously held a number of senior R&D leadership roles in the NZ dairy industry.  Jeremy has undertaken general management training at the University of New South Wales and the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jeremy has produced over 100 published papers and four patents and is currently a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Dairy Technology, Chairman of International Dairy Federation (IDF) in NZ and Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board to the Massey School of Engineering and Advanced Technology, a member of the IDF Council and on the boards of the IDF, LactoPharma, the Global Dairy Platform and Riddet Institute.
